Lhamo Tso comes from Amdo and is dressed in the traditional costume of that region. Her body is made of walnut dyed wool with buttomed moveable limbs and hand embroidered face and fingernails. she wears turquoise earrings and has wool hair braided in the style of the region. Lhamo Tso's robe (chuba) is black wool with a traditional decorative edge and fur trim and is worn off one shoulder for ease of movement. It is worn over a raw silk blouse(wunju)decorated with gold braid . The robe is fastened with a colourful sash and she wears woolen boots.
